You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app.
What gets deleted: your profile, photo, display name, messages,
favorites, decks, homework (including anything you assigned as a teacher), lesson bookings, teacher payment details, word recordings,
every file you uploaded, learning progress, and account credentials. You're also removed from lesson recaps.
Voice recordings you gave the app: you're asked whether to keep your approved ones — learners keep hearing your accent, shown only with your hometown, no name or account — or remove them all. Recordings still waiting for review are always removed.
Stays, without your name: fixes you suggested to words and sentences, so the app's content stays correct.

What may be retained: content already reported to us as part of
an open safety investigation may be kept temporarily to enforce our
Community Rules, even after your account is deleted.
Removal from the app is immediate; removal from backups happens within 30 days.
It cannot be undone.
