The 25 questions are made up of 8 on traffic rules, 1 critical instant-fail question, 1 on driving culture and ethics, 1 on technique or vehicle mechanics, 8 on road signs and 6 on traffic situations (pictures of junctions and hazards).
The question bank
A1 candidates study a group of 250 questions from the national 600-question bank published by the Traffic Police Department, including 20 critical “instant-fail” questions. Questions are grouped into chapters: traffic rules (the biggest), road signs, situations, culture, and technique.
